Windsor at Westside, built by Pulte, is just getting off the ground and even though there are no models to view at present (that will change in a few months) the builder has produced a promotional video that gives you some details:
The video gives you some information on floor plans but we can supply more if you need it. At the time of writing, basic prices start just below $300,000 for a 4 bedroom home and rise to the high $400,000s for the 9 bedroom model (yes, 9 bedrooms, plus 6 bathrooms and more than 4300 square feet). There will be both town homes and single family homes. In the current market, the 9 bedroom homes are probably going to be a big seller because they are likely to attract good rental income, but the smaller ones may fit your budget more comfortably.
